01How much does Sliproot software cost?
Our custom CRM plans start at ₹9,999 per year ($119 per year), with unlimited customer records and staff seats. The starting plan includes a dedicated database, hosting, daily backups and direct engineering support. Your final quote depends on the features and integrations agreed in your written project scope.
02Can you build around our existing way of working?
Yes. We first map your daily routines, existing records and operational bottlenecks, then agree the screens, permissions and integrations you need. You receive a written scope and fixed milestone quote before the build begins. Additions to that scope are quoted and agreed separately.
03How long does a project take?
Typical projects take 7–21 days. Your written scope sets out the actual delivery window and milestones for your requirements. We review the working software with you before production deployment and staff onboarding.
04How do milestone payments work?
Projects are usually paid in two milestones: 50% at kickoff and the remaining 50% after the acceptance demonstration and production deployment. Deliverables and acceptance steps are agreed in writing before payment.
05How does the WhatsApp integration work?
Sliproot offers a QR-linked WhatsApp workflow for invoices, reminders and customer follow-ups, without a separate WhatsApp API charge in the offered setup. We agree the messaging features during scoping. Availability and permitted use remain subject to WhatsApp platform policies and your messaging setup.
06Who owns our database and project code?
Your business owns its customer and operational records, held in a dedicated database. Data can be exported in CSV, JSON or SQL. Once the final milestone payment is received, the project source code, database architecture, assets and design files transfer to you; open-source dependencies retain their own licenses.
07Can billing continue when the internet drops?
Our offline-capable POS workflows keep orders and bills locally when the connection is unavailable, then sync queued records when it returns. The exact offline actions are agreed for your system. Features that rely on an external service, such as online payments or WhatsApp delivery, still need connectivity.
08What support is included after launch?
You can reach the engineers directly through WhatsApp on +91 80940 76104, Monday–Saturday, 9AM–9PM IST, with a stated two-hour response during those hours. Builds include a 30-day warranty for defects within the delivered scope. Ongoing hosting, backups and support are set out in your plan.
