Privacy policy
Sliproot uses the information you share to understand, build and support your software project. We treat your personal information, business records and project materials as confidential. We never sell, rent, monetize or broker personal information or company data.
Information you provide
For consultations and project work, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and project requirements. During a build, clients may also provide temporary API keys, repository access and staging credentials under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
How information is used
We use this information to prepare project scopes, architecture roadmaps and quotes; coordinate milestones, reviews and handovers; provide authenticated project access where applicable; and produce business invoices and tax documentation.
Security and access
Client information and deliverables are handled using encrypted web channels and database storage, including TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Project repositories, secrets and databases are kept private and separate. Access to staging infrastructure is limited to engineers actively assigned to your project.
Project code and handover
Project code and deliverables are handed over through private, client-owned repositories. Sliproot does not retain private repository code after final contract handover. Client operational data remains under the ownership arrangements set out in the project agreement.
WhatsApp and email
Your phone or WhatsApp number is used for consultation, project coordination and engineering support. We do not use it for unsolicited promotional messages, automated sales dialers or broadcast marketing. Messaging integrations are configured according to the agreed project scope, client opt-in requirements and applicable platform policies.
Reviewing, exporting and deleting information
You may request a review or export of contact records and historical project documentation held by Sliproot. Following contract conclusion, you may request permanent deletion of staging environments, scoping notes and CRM records within 48 hours. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
